These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the ck447 platform and all its services. When you open an account, access, or use any service on ck447, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

"Platform" refers to ck447's website, mobile version, and any associated digital services. "User" or "Player" refers to any person who holds a registered and active account on ck447. ck447 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and amendments will be published on the platform before taking effect.

1.1 — Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on ck447, you must be 21 years of age or older. ck447 reserves the right to verify your age and may suspend your account if required documents are not provided. It is strictly prohibited to allow minors to operate any account.

2.1 — One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person, family, address, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, ck447 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses and winnings.

2.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and the account balance may be forfeited.

2.3 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify ck447 support immediately. ck447 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your credentials with a third party.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

ck447 supports the following payment methods:

3.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal time: completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours

3.3 — Withdrawal Terms

ck447 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where applicable. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 — Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Requests to transact in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at ck447, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x and applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 — Bonus Usage Rules

• Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities is strictly prohibited.
• ck447 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — please refer to the details of each offer.

4.4 — VIP Program

ck447's VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

ck447 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

5.1 — Fair Play

All games on ck447 are operated using impartial and verifiable technology. Using cheating, software manipulation, or fraudulent tactics to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 — Prohibited Activities

• Using any form of cheating or fraudulent tactics.
• Using computer programs or bots to place bets automatically.
• Abusing the bonus system to gain unfair advantages.
• Colluding against other players.
• Intentionally disconnecting from the internet to influence game outcomes.

5.3 — Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. ck447 retains full authority to determine market listings and odds, and reserves the right to cancel any bet if a technical error or irregular activity is detected.

5.4 — Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs mid-game or mid-transaction for any reason, ck447 will review the session data and provide a fair resolution. Claims of wins or losses based on game records affected by server or network errors will be considered accordingly.

ck447 places the highest priority on players' mental wellbeing and financial safety. Online gaming is for entertainment — it should not be considered a reliable source of income.

• If signs of suspected addiction are observed, we can arrange a temporary account suspension.

8.1 — ck447's Rights

ck447 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If multiple accounts are found to be operated.
• If account information is proven to be false.
• If there are indications of possible money laundering or other financial crimes.

8.2 — Account Closure at Player's Request

Any player may request permanent closure of their account by contacting support via email. Any outstanding balance will be settled before the request is processed.

ck447 strives to operate a safe and reliable platform; however, we are not liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's own internet connection issues or device faults.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Loss resulting from a player's negligence or sharing their login credentials with others.

Our maximum liability in any single incident will be limited to the actual balance of the account at the time.
